I believe not affected at all so far. Until the regulation comes out to turn 'em all in which has not been proposed, yet. Two levels of registration may result though.

Because you still have to comply with the state's requirements for Title 2 firearm ownership/possession.
Under current CA laws/regulations, you need a valid CA DOJ Dangerous Weapons Permit in order to possess a DD, MG, SBR, SBS or an assault weapon that has been acquired after the ban date. Without a valid Dangerous Weapons Permit, BATFE will not approve a Form 1/4 for a DD/MG/SBR/SBS.sigpic
