    California Anti Gun?

I wonder how may California's are pro gun?
Been to several shops in the Bay Area most are running dry or completely out of semi hand guns and rifles. And let's not talk ammo.
Kind of nice to see this, even though I waited too long to pick up my Glock 23. But I can wait.

I've spoken to quite a few people in the past year who never owned a gun in their life and went out and bought one, including AR15's. Several women at work (high school) have said their husbands went out and purchased firearms for the first time. Also, several people who said the last time they shot a gun was when they were younger and now they are buying. I took my boss out shooting last year and a month later he had acquired six guns.
Gun control is a 1" group at 500 yds!

There is a lot of pro-2nd people in this state but there are just as many indoctrinated fools.

NTM, there is a hell of a lot of turncoat "gun owners" that own guns but support gun grabbers.

I've seen this also where some gun owners say we shouldnt be allowed to own hi cap mags or own AR type rifles. I say they will come after your bolt action when they take semi auto firearms.

if someone took their dope, they'd be marching in the streets! (or more likely sitting and blocking traffic with their me mentality and entitlement hypocrisy).

The trouble is population centers. Many counties don't have the population of one small central city. Lassen county has 34,200 people most pro guns.

When you have San Francisco county that the left controls almost completely has 812,335 people. pretty hard to have our voice heard.

This is exactly right. In Connecticut a legislator recently wrote legislation to outlaw firearms that can shoot more than one round. Just look at incremental laws in California over the last two decades. Some of the extremists in office no doubt would tell citizens to "turn them all in."

When they ban more than 10 round magazines, it makes their next logical step to ban magazines, with more than 7 rounds. Take a look at the laws passed in New York. After someone suggests 7 rounds, then you have them legislating 5, as in Massachusetts. Today Americans need to take a stand and say we've had enough.

I never get negative looks, but I also live on Orange County which I've heard is one of the most conservative counties on the state.

There's more gun owners in California than any other state in the nation except Texas. Of course, that is mostly due to our total population, but we're pretty high on the percentile too considering how anti it is.

Once again, the old assumption that owning a gun makes you pro gun rears it s ugly head. What's the point of a lot of people owning guns if none of them are willing to stand up to Uncle Sam when he wants to seize them?

I see and talk to many people while in line at the Ontario gun shows. I am surprised how many are first time buyers. As was said about Elmer Gantry, "ya gotta scare hell out of them to get the spirit in them."

San Fran, LA, aka the big cities are all antigun. The more rural counties in east and north CA are all pro-gun.

I think this has more to do with Anti-gun nazi's realizing that when the poo hits the fan, they will be unarmed sheep. They are buying a lot of weapons too. I hate to say it, but it feels like a fight might be coming. And the anti gun types want at least a fighting chance.
