They will and we will all suffer. I am not at all worried about federal laws. California will pass some really messed up stuff that will surpass anything at a federal level. Hold on for the ride.

how do they pick a number like 7 and say that its safer than 10? i mean in all honesty how does their conversation go to make a determination that 7 was just enough not to piss anyone off and 7 was enough to make everyone happy.Right action is better than knowledge; but in order to do what is right, we must know what is right.
