    Can we Sue Obama?

Just wondering if it is possible to sue him for damages due to loss / restriction of rights?

You'd be treated as a nuisance and would not achieve anything useful although it would cost you money.

We have an attorney for this.

What in particular have you lost that can be monetarily compensated?

Nixon v Fitzgerald gave the President immunity from civil action resulting from job-related duties.

The Presidency has become an "elected" imperial sovereign. Killing, lying, and stealing are all permitted.

                    Sue Obama? LOL

It's time people realize that begging lawyers to do the right thing is a lost cause in nearly every case. You win, they win. You lose, they win. They get their retainer no matter what. And the "judges" get paid - BY YOU, the taxpayer - no matter how criminal their decisions.
