We praise such a prolific article yet fear the State of California which violates your inalienable rights as a human being.

No one dares to exercise their natural rights or their 2A here in California.

            Why is that?

I've always had great respect for Judge Napolitano. I enjoyed the article and will forward it to all my contacts. Thanks for posting OP. I agree. Judge Napolitano for S.C.O.T.U.S.

It's a great read and I'll be sharing it with others.

I don't know! I have been asking that for a couple of years. What if every one who ever is busted by the police, just read the 2nd amendment for their defense in court? After 10k plus people reading the 2nd amendment as their defense they just might get it.

Great article. Hits the nail right on the head. And I'm glad to finally see this point being put out into the media. The 2A is ultimately about defense against tyanny.....period...end of discussion. The 2A is a natural, pre-existing right, that even repealing the 2A can not take away from me, it will still exist as my natural right.

And being that the 2A is ultimately about defense against tyranny......I can only assume that if you're trying to take my guns.....your ultimate goal IS tyranny! Which is exactly why you're not going to get them.....at least not without a fight.
