Those numbers are not included in the FBI's violent crime index. Violent crime encompasses specific situations for each category. For example, attempted murder is not murder, but filed under assault (both violent crimes). Justifiable homicide is not filed under violent crime. FBI recently started tracking justifiable homicides by police and citizens. That's in a separate table.
