By this reg cap mags, are you saying 10 rounds or less? If so, then you can sell them assembeld if you like.

High cap (capacity) mags can be sold out of state assembled or in state as parts (disassembled).

Take the time to do a search properly, and you wont get responses like this.

I searched, and didn't get what I needed. I thought this was a discussion board, not a FAQ archive.

Like I said, if you don't approve of the post, just let it slide to the bottom. I'll get my info elsewhere.

Regular capacity is a mag that is not restricted to 10rds. The way God, and Gaston intended.

but it is a meaningless term because a ruger mk 2 mag is a regular capacity too

and a regular capacity 1911 mag holds even less

so we need to have a term that is legally quantifiable

The search facility of this site is very complete and comprehensive on this issue.
                          Mag parts are unrestricted.

We try to use the real legal terms on this board to avoid confusion. You're referring to "large capacity magazines."

Not a good way to start out here. Take a walk around the block cool down and then reply. If that does not work then dont post. The high capacity magazine question has been asked over and over again. I don't believe you did a search or if you did it was too much to read so you posted anyway. As stated above please try and use the search button here, we dont want to be rude but after seeing the same question.............................
