Legality of a modified Benelli M4....

Hello all, this is my first post it think so please, bear with me if something I type is unappropriate.

Currently own a Benelli M4 Semi Auto with pistol grip and live in CA.

Is it legal to:

A: Add a +2 extention tube or a Full Extention tube.

B: Add a vertical forend grip.
