Would this be California Legal?

So I just bought the WASR-10 AK-47 Clone with the Mag Lok Bullet Button from Cold War Shooters, and I'm interested in putting the Tapco Folding stock on it. Is that legal if I have the bullet button installed therefore making it a fixed mag? Here is the link to the stock I'm interested in. Thanks in advance.
