That sounds like a great way to fundraise and stir up a little controversy. I'd love to do it for the school paper that I'm an editor for. All three of the editors, myself included, are gun owners.
Now the regulations are the same in our case as was done in South Carolina and we'd have to do the same. (i.e. lottery = bad, free raffle plus donations = good) If anyone here would seriously like to donate a firearm for the cause, please PM me. (If any business or organization were to donate, we'd be more than happy to promote that business or organization.) I think it would be a great way to promote firearms rights and cause anxiety among the liberals and dirty hippies on campus. Maybe a Kalifornia legal AR with a sporting conversion kit installed. Now THAT would cause controversy!
