Out of the country, I'm hoping?

I do not wish the likes of Yee, Keigwin and other anti-gunners upon free states. Why should we make them suffer our pain when they freed themselves fair and square?

That will just make us look like we are willing to throw other gun owners under the bus just to get our rights back.

It good to see that someone took their Oath of Office seriously.

Read the Appropriations Committee Analysis at http://stopsb249.org/#approps0814 SAN CARLOS, CA, AND MADERA, CA – In spite of bill author Senator Leland Yee’s many assurancesto the contrary, even the Assembly Appropriations Committee legislative analysis found that the SB 249gun ban presents California taxpayers with significant cost impact
Dead link. Is this what you meant?

Sen. Leland Yee's SB 249 would create an entirely new standard for "detachable magazine" firearms. Senator's staff has spent considerable time representing SB 249 to be a "clarification of existing law" Senator's office estimates about $400,000 for new DOJ regulations.

There is one by a fellow member started today but where is CalGun on going after Yee? If its here pls post the link and lets get to work to kick him and the rest of the degenerates out!
Nonprofits are limited in the scope of their political activities. Overstepping those limits can result in losing their nonprofit status.

            From nolo.com:

The federal tax law is very strict on the issue of political campaigning: A 501(c)(3) organization is absolutely forbidden to directly or indirectly participate in any political campaign on behalf of (or in opposition to) any candidate for elective public office. Violation of this prohibition could lead the IRS to completely revoke your organization's tax-exempt status or impose excise taxes on your organization.

Also, an elected representative can only be recalled by his constituents which is how it should be (outsiders shouldn't meddle!). Yee is term limited which greatly negates the need to remove him from office; he will be all but gone before it could be done.

Take solace in knowing there are bigger fish to fry.

Naturally, it may be used by evil men for evil purposes, but there are more good men than evil, and while the latter cannot be persuaded to the path of righteousness by propaganda, they can certainly be corrected by good men with rifles." -Colonel Jeff Cooper
