understanding the 2A thread...

this is more of a statement...but add to it if you so desire

the response to the thread about "Do you really understand the second amendment?" is phenomenal!

each and every response is great! they show a great deal of depth and understanding of what we face these days. i hope we don't face any darker days than we have right now. we may have to "Dig in and hunker down" but let's hope not.

Someone posted this and to be honest this is a great example as to why our founding fathers put the 2A in our constitution.... as to stop this from happening to us. Better to have than not to have.... even if it were to never come.
