Folks, lifelong Californian here. Sorry, but our current political system in this state is not going to be fixed because the majority of voters here are mislead sheeple who will continue to vote the ultra-left socialist agenda. Not going to change in our lifetimes.

We are a statistically insignificant in this state as far as a voting bloc. We should persevere, but we are so outnumbered that I don't see a shift happening. We make up a few inches here and there but overall, we are just stemming the tide.

I was shocked that she said people should be able to have shotguns, hunting rifles and revolvers. I thought that was a minor miracle in its self.

But she still needs to go. And a big thumbs up to her opponent for stating an obvious. Gun control would not have prevented what happend in Aurora, Co. We need to look to our families, friends community and educational system to reestablish morals and values in this country. Very well presented debate.

- Upon the onset of the shooter you would have taken cover drawing your weapon as chaos ensured
- You would have then screamed out "get down" "get out of the way" "take cover" then aiming your weapon at that SOB waiting for the right time to pull the trigger.

Its called preservation of life! No one here and none of the 99% of responsible gun owners who VALUE HUMAN LIFE would just draw their weapon and start firing into a crowded movie theater at will.

Here's my letter to Sen. Feinstein (not that it does any good, but hay...):

Dear Senator Feinstein,

Your comments on Fox News continue to demonstrate that tragedies such as the very recent one in Colorado are being used and abused by you and other certain elected lawmakers for the specific political agenda of more failed gun control. Because of this, I find it unfortunate that I must address your agenda during a time when the people of Colorado are grieving immensely for their very recent losses.

To address an example, Operation Fast & Furious was not a "botched operation", it was one which was carried out exactly the way it was planned, and when the damage was done, you used the resulting tragedy to make your case for more gun control by saying "see here, we need more gun control!.

Senator Feinstein, you are conducting yourself in the same exact way here, and it is insulting to the victims and families of this, and other senseless tragedies like it. It is also insulting to law-abiding and responsible civilian gun owners.

Further, it can be confidently predicted by not just myself, but many others who are law-abiding and responsible, that you will do this same thing after the next senseless tragedy, and dare I say that you might even be hoping for an even worse tragedy so that you can spend time in front of a camera making your case for civilian disarmament.

Your agenda is to disarm only the law-abiding, and accommodate ONLY the criminal class in the name of a failed political agenda.

Senator Feinstein, I might not sway your thinking, but I would still like to say that YOU MUST understand that attempting to sell political agendas that are proven failures do not serve to comfort victims of terrible tragedies like the one in Aurora on Friday, they only serve to weaken the substance and structure of this nation's resolve.

Senator Feinstein, we live in a nation of certain fundamental rights which are considered implicit in the concept of ordered liberty, and deeply rooted in the history and traditions of our country, but your political wish lists only serve to reverse the progress of such liberties.

Senator Feinstein, Please... TEAR DOWN YOUR FAILED AGENDA!
