I sent a similar letter to DiFi some years back - I also called her out on the hypocrisy of her belief that she deserves a carry permit with way less firearms training/proficiency than I have and only a desire for self defense - but that "normal" people like me do not.

I got one of her "thanks but we'll just have to agree to disagree" form letters.

I was shocked that she said people should be able to have shotguns, hunting rifles and revolvers. I thought that was a minor miracle in its self.

But she still needs to go. And a big thumbs up to her opponent for stating an obvious. Gun control would not have prevented what happend in Aurora, Co.
