Foreword pistol grips and rail systems...

"In an update to the shotgun importation study, the BATFE determined that it will no longer consider forward pistol grips or integrated rail systems as features barring importation."

So the Stoeger Double Defense is truly legal now.
Never initiate force against another. That should be the underlying principle of your life. But should someone do violence to you, retaliate without hesitation, without reservation, without quarter, until you are sure that he will never wish to harm - or never be capable of harming - you or yours again.

Good thing. The "importability" rules are possibly the most blatantly purposeless regulation ever. I agree with the NRA-ILA article, but it's still good that they're at least allowing vertical forward grips and rails now.

Ya I'm glad they finally seem to be realizing there errors but what bothers me, is I thought a bill was passed to pull funding for these sporting purpose tests.
