Carry laws in national and state parks?

Hi my fellow Calgunners. All these new laws have been changing and I know open carry is no longer legal in CA. I am confused about the carry laws in national and state parks. Not sure if they have changed so here to see if anyone knows. I was planning on going to Point Reyes. What are my carry options here as well as other National/State park nowadays? thanks guys and gals.
