What does what 'she have to say' have anything remotely to do with winning in CA against a well-funded sitting Senator that most CA voters perceive as moderate?

Understand she's a placeholder candidate - have someone in place in case the opponent drops dead, and to not let the opponent have a free ride (i.e., add costs to their campaign).

Gads, this is rather bleak. Maybe she doesn't have a chance - as you say - but I feel bound to work for DiFi's defeat. I may be tilting at windmills, but I'm having one hell of a fun ride.

I never understood why many CA gunnies spend time/effort worrying about Feinstein, when she's well-surrounded by progunners in Congress.

The battle is in CA over legislators and state Senators, and this is the battle that will affect you more directly and require more work. Many of these targets are much less well-funded and quite a few are in districts where just a few people per precinct can sway the election.

You're correct about the state legislators being the issue but I consider getting DiFi out equally important. She can affect legislation at the Federal level that could hurt us.
