    Then there is no difference between doing the conversion in state or out of state. As I have already said, this seems to be very dangerous to me. Others think it's no big deal, perfectly legal, and you should go ahead and do it if you want (though to my knowledge none of these folks has actually done it himself).

    If you are willing to be a test case (the first that I know of), I am very interested in seeing it happen.

    Remember that you can't bring magazines greater than ten rounds into the state.
