New Jersey High Court cites Heller
www.christopherjhoffman.com
The Second Amendment is the one right that is so fundamental that the inability to exercise it, should the need arise, would render all other rights null and void. Dead people have no rights.

Dear lord, blood in the streets!
Good to know NJ is better then NY in that they can actually read. -
Do my eyes deceive me?!
Did the state of "New Joisey" (or however the natives pronounce it) actually grow a brain AND balls at the same time?!
PS: No offense intended to anyone who's a NJ native, just think they have a (usually, as shown in this exception) screwed way of doing things, not to mention the weird TV shows that come out of there...Do what all great men would do: Tuck your head between your legs and kiss your *** goodbye. -Jake71

Criminals will need to move to New York
Now that New Jersey resides can have "loaded unsecured guns" in their homes, this presents a signficant safety hazard for those who break into homes, they could get toxic levels of lead poisoning.
Fortunately not to far from New Jersey is New York City with it's draconian laws against armed homeowners.
Of course the SAF may change that soon.
There is always "Canada" though.

I am going to be in Atlantic City soon for work. I have been dreading being unarmed in that ****-hole. Knowing there is a glimmer of hope for the future makes it just a teensy bit more tolerable.www.christopherjhoffman.com

While Heller was cited, the opinion really isn't turning on that. The judges more or less are holding the "public welfare" clause has to be specifically tied to infractions that NJ courts have previously held(drunkard, drug user, abuser, exc.), and that it can't be used as an arbitrary denial tool.Comment
