Same, next year all parts and tools and everything, are regulated differently. Likely face 2 face transfer, and you have to sign documents or something, and provide proof of age. We don't know exactly how it will be done.

The term firearm accessory also includes any other device, tool, kit, part, or parts set that is clearly designed and intended for use in manufacturing firearms.

I don't know. You would think reasonable lights, lasers, dots, and scopes would not be included. I would guess they will try to include them anyway.
