    What's happening in MD?

    Haven't seen any updates posted in a while. Seems like this is a pretty important situation.

    Are they issuing licenses?

    Will the decision be appealed?

      A stay has been granted and it is being appealed as far as I know.

              So I guess licenses are not being issued then. I'm glad it's Gura on this one.
