Selling .223 Rifle ammo near GFSZ and PPT

I'm trying to sell 600 rds of .223 55gr ammo (6 boxes).

I live right next door to a GFSZ (the front of my house is on the same street as the school's lot). Are there any issues with me sellling this ammo to a private party? I didn't see any restrictions in the wiki, as I am not on school grounds (what if it's on my driveway? what if the buyer walks back to their car on the street adjacent to the school?).

Should I just take this ammo to a place somewhere else, like a nearby gas station to sell to save the trouble?

Also, should I just verify their identity(18yr/old)?

Ammunition is also prohibited on school campuses: Penal Code 12316

(c) Unless it is with the written permission of the school
district superintendent, his or her designee, or equivalent
school authority, no person shall carry ammunition or reloaded
ammunition onto school grounds, except sworn law enforcement
officers acting within the scope of their duties or persons
exempted under subparagraph (A) of paragraph (1) of subdivision
(a) of Section 12027.
