The bill would authorize an aggrieved person, an officer holding an election or conducting a canvass, or the Attorney General to file a civil action to enforce this prohibition. The bill would create a presumption that a person who openly carries a firearm,

So even if the open carry ban goes away, there will still be an open carry ban with an associated presumption of an intent to intimidate even when just observing an "election related activity ". Lovely.

Another garbage bill. There are already reasonable laws against harassment, disturbing the peace, assault, brandishing against ANYONE, whether they are involved in election related activities or not.
Just add this to the pile of 7,876,321 criminal laws on the books that we are supposed to know at risk of arrest and detainment.

Thank your neighbor and fellow gun owners for passing Prop 63. For that gun control is a winning legislative agenda.

Honestly is that all they do. Law after law. Don't legislature's every take time to do work in the districts, meet with their constituents or God forbid realize a law is not applicable anymore and remove it. 7.8 million laws on the books and they feel the need to add hundreds more every year.
