For those who can begin to follow my nerdiness issues in regards to Pinole FFL and regulation issues :-D

Ok here is the deal at this point. I will be going to the DA in the next two days about use and development of policies in regards to the moratorium without public hearing. No established process of procedure in development and maintenance of such policy. Lack of public notice resulting in a partial taking of property by lack of ability to fully utilize property for purposes of income during either a permanent of temporary basis.

This and so many more issues really that most will not be able to follow but I hope some start to understand.

In addition I also have claim to the Attorney General for an overcharge for public records and failure to provide documents requested violating transparency laws, intentional deception and misleading of the public.

They have a use of government code 65858 to develop moratorium but also do not follow this code which is on urgency matters limited to 45 days and must be a matter of health and safety that has to be established by reports. These reports were requested by the police chief but either no reports were ever done or more likely there are no findings.

Further investigation always leads to more violations.

Better yet while in office I ran into a woman with a taking issue where she is only left with 4 acres of her property and the rest was confiscated by the city for open land use reasons. This is an illegal taking regarding imminent domain issues and she has council to handle this. I will be referring her to Pacific Legal Foundation to a man that likes these deals to assist her lawyer and show a pattern of taking by shown practice by the city issues.

So are we having fun yet? Well there are two council members hiding campaign contributions through secondary use funds but that I will probably never have to touch. I included the Senator for this district in the emails and I am sure he will advise of the crew I have behind me and our documented abilities against public agencies which normally is a pain in their *** but results in significant cost savings through litigation reduction through process and procedure corrective actions.

Long winded enough? LOL Now that is just a start.

To top is off it looks like the applicant is facing retaliatory issues that will warrant litigation. Retaliation is via PD Chief.

Alright, folks. I think that we can do better than this.

If you can't show up, write a letter and email it. We cannot win if no one cares enough to put forth some effort.

I'll post my sample letter in a little bit....

90% of winning is simply showing up.

Not much effort here from CG'ers...

There's been like 3 letters received thus far, and no one stating they'll show up in this thread...

So, LCAV will have a couple of attorneys, the Brady folks will be there, and Sotos will likely show & speak again. And on our side? Are we surrendering here?

                Well I'm not...

                    Will the applicant be there?

I seem to recall him saying he was scheduled to be out of town on the day of this meeting.

Good luck guys. Reference the Sunnyvale drill wherein Staff found no correlation between gun stres and crime, no correlation between home based FFLs ad crime, no less of property values and no detrimental effects at all.

The CC passed the ban on home based FFL's tonight.

CH 5 CBS news were there, and will air an episode tonight they say.

KTVU 2 was there, covered it briefly already...on their 10:00 news

KGO 7 was also there. Will record the 11:00 broadcast, as I have to get up 3:15 am tomorrow.

The LCAV legal team was there, as well as the Brady's, as was Andreas Soto.

Special thanks to Alany (Puppy) & Dan (Wash). Greatful for your support and help. Thanks very much...
