Hey guys, I did a search but couldn't find anything concrete. But my question is: Is anything being done to repeal or retract the open carry ban that passed on Jan.1? or are we just SOL? Also any progress with CCW's being easier to obtain? If not, is there anything we can do collectively?

On the handgun UOC ban?
There is nothing specifically to challenge that as of yet. Personally, I think doing so would be a waste of resources.
Charles Nichols has a sort of responsive lawsuit but since it seems he is likely going to be doing the legal work himself it'll likely fail (he is not a lawyer).
I keep thinking that if SBOC/RCC/whatever were very serious they'd be raising funds to challenge the handgun UOC ban on 1A grounds.CGN's token life-long teetotaling vegetarian. Don't consider anything I post as advice or as anything more than opinion (if even that).Comment
