The term "unconstitutionally vague" comes to mind. A whole lot of stuff can fall under the category of posing a threat to law enforcement officers beyond ammunition. Glad to see it got stopped.poses a threat to the safety and well being of law enforcement officers.It was not a threat. It was an exaggerated response to an uncompromising stance. I was taught never to make a threat unless you are prepared to carry it out and I am not a fan of carrying anything. Even watching other people carrying things makes me uncomfortable. Mainly because of the possibility they may ask me to help. -
It's funny, when people say WE have it bad here in CA, I enjoy reminding them about New Jersey.
