    CCW Concern question HELP

Hello my fellow Cal gun members. I need some help concerning the ccw I got my appt set for Oct and filled out my ccw app as well scheduled training but I have a doubt . Theres a section about a restraining order if you ever had one . Well I have but It was false information set by my meth addicted ex wife but when the truth came out , me and my three beautiful children were taking to a trip to hell and back . I have been a single dad raising my three kiddos for eight years now I wish could give them more. Im working on it. I proudly donate monthly to CGF and all the great things there doing. Who can I talk to about this any guidance or advise is greatly appreciated

    Thank you

    Sgt.,

The Standard Application form has a few questions that relate to this issue; to wit:

Are you now, or have you been a party to a lawsuit in the last five years?
Are you now, or have you been, under a restraining order(s) from any court?
Have you witheld [sic] any fact that might affect the decision to approve this license?
Have you been involved in a domestic violence incident?
Regarding the above, please note Cal. Penal Code Section 26180(a): "Any person who files an application required by Section 26175 knowing that any statement contained therein is false is guilty of a misdemeanor."

List any arrests or formal charges, with or without disposition, for any criminal offenses with the U.S. or any other country (civilian or military).
Regarding the above question, I direct your attention to Cal. Business and Professions Code Section 461:

"No public agency, state or local, shall, on an initial application form for any license, certificate or registration, ask for or require the applicant to reveal a record of arrest that did not result in a conviction or a plea of nolo contendere. A violation of this section is a misdemeanor.

This section shall apply in the case of any license, certificate or registration provided for by any law of this state or local government, including, but not limited to, this code, the Corporations Code, the Education Code, and the Insurance Code."
Truthfully complete the application and provide the details [in a thoughtful narrative, using additional sheets if required] necessary for the licensing authority to understand the circumstances surrounding the facts represented by you therein.
