I was watching the news and they said that a law passed for 2014 on rifles. In 2014 the news said that a person would have to register and take a test to acquire a rifle. They also said that the state would watch the tansfer for rifles. I thought when you bought a rifle from a gun dealer that your rifle is registered? Is having a non registered rifle legal?
