Wisconsin recognizes CA carry licenses

Can you carry your firearm in Wisconsin? You can if you have a license to carry from one of the following states . . . but apparently Virginia is a special circumstance!?! California is one of the approved states.

Very odd since CA doesn't recognize anyone else. I guess those states figure people actually have rights.

I read somewhere that in two weeks California will have full reciprocity.

I'd love to see them honor a border state's permit.

From reading the linked WI DOJ page, I would guess that VA has stricter background check requirements for non-resident permits than for resident permits.
