Here in PRK that news article would probably be slightly different...i.e.: several men approached a worker at a salvage yard, the worker shot at the men wounding one of them, the victim is at the hospital recovery from his wounds and has retained counsel. The worker has been arrested for attempted murder.
Gun control is a 1" group at 500 yds!

Don't forget that the victim will be victimized with lawsuits from the assailants. As much as I hate new laws, I'd like to see one that states anyone who initiates a crime in any way shape or form cannot seek compensation due to any results. This would also protect a homeowner when the POS breaks in, hurts self and tries to sue. F these scum and the bigger POS govt laws that coddle the criminals.
With all this "gun control" talk, I've not heard one politician say how they plan on taking guns from criminals, just law abiding Citizens.

I think that there is some confusion regarding Flash Mobs, Knockout King, and multiple men robbing a junk yard.

Flash Mob -is a group of people who assemble suddenly in a public place, perform an unusual and seemingly pointless act for a brief time, then disperse, often for the purposes of entertainment, satire, and artistic expression.

Knockout King - A game where the goal is to pick a random target and knock them out. The game is often played by multiple people and one person is chosen to knock the target out. If they cannot do this, the remainder of the group will kick and punch the target until they are knocked out. This is something not just happening here in the States but also overseas.

Multiple men robbing junk yard - No reference at all to the game knockout king or flash mobs. The thread title is deceiving and wrong.

That all depends on what county you live in, sad to say.

The term Flash Robbery is more applicable to the incident where 40 to 50 kids/young adults entered a convenience store and about 3/4 of them loaded up with beer, chips, candy and anything else they could stuff in thier coats.

This case is just a few thugs committing a robbery.

You forgot one part. The wounded victim Jaun Sanchez, an undocumented worker just trying to feed his family, will be awarded the salvage yard as compensation by the 9th CIRCUS court as a lesson to gun owners not to use their guns in self defense.

Probably the largest part of this trend is the comment from the guy who claims that it is just juveniles not understanding the consequences of their actions.

These are not five year olds doing this. My own 6 year old knows that it is wrong to hit someone and that they can be seriously injured. These thugs are obviously old enough to understand even delayed consequences. They just don't care about their victims. Coddling them by trying to explain away their crimes just empowers them more.

These are predators. They should be taken off the streets permanently. Try that in Texas and they probably would be-either by the intended victim or by the jury.
