To gunnies the reality of the article is not surprising. That states with a high rating with the Brady Campaign have a higher murder rate for blacks. The opposite is true for those that rate low on the Brady scale. The FBI data also refutes the Brady Campaign. Just about every claim from the Brady Campaign is a gun ban extremist fantasy.

No new gun laws is not much of a victory for the 2A if you ask me. Remember that all the "old" anti-gun laws are still on the books & always ready for "reinterpretation". The only victory for the 2A would be to get rid of all the the old anti-gun laws & pass new ones that prevent any future anti-gun laws. They would have to have teeth to work though. The FOPA no Fed gun registration & Machine Gun ban law is a sick joke. Every 4473 filled out & NICS check violates it, with zero penalties. Lots of serious penalties for violating the MG ban part though. How about making the penalty for passing & enforcing un-constitutional gun laws Treason? Unless those old anti-gun laws are repealed, the National Coalition to Ban Handguns & National Council to Control Handguns win every year.
