I'm not a lawyer, but I've been around long enough to know

That experience means much more than classroom book learning

    No matter what the field.

    School is just the beginning.

I'd say that one of the wisest things a young person can do

Is to figure out what they don't know, and be able to ask for help.

I have to respectfully disagree. She is clearly the product of the public school system.

That'll probably change when localities start getting sued (successfully) left and right. Right now, it's almost a guarantee you'll have to take a case all the way to SCOTUS to win. Few have the resources, time, and determination to do it. That's why it's basically the NRA and SAF doing all of it right now.

I'd wager many non-attorneys on this board are more versed than your average student right out of college when it comes to the 2A.

I doubt one lawyer actively on the bar today has argued a case involving the quartering of troops but I do expect a law student to know that the 3rd amendment controls. Now, an attorney practicing in a different field for a decade I can understand forgetting certain things but....

They teach them to argue law, not know the law (or the underlying facts).

Those WallyWorld MG's what kind of deals on those? Do they have M60's, SAW's, or MG42's? It's probably some junky Nippon Type 11 MG.

I would suggest that she goes into politics. She has excellent qualifications to be a standout in the Senate.

Q: What do you call a lawyer with an IQ of 40?

                          A: Senator.

"I must scream it to the world, my excitement from the top of someplace very high" that we have the smart lawyers on our side.

They are out of stock. I purchased all of them along with the last Veyron SS that they had. I'd suggest calling the manager hourly to see when they will get more in stock.
