Out of State Shipping/Receiving for Long Gun Repair

Hello All,

I'll be shipping a non C&R centerfire lever rifle out of state for repairs. May I have the repaired gun sent directly to my home from the out of state FFL/gunsmith? I do not have an 01 FFL (but I do have an 03). TIA

It's perfectly legal to ship a firearm to an FFL for repair and for that FFL to ship it directly back to you.
