    Let's talk on 11/20/2011, 2 weeks later, or 12/4/2011 lets have a plan...

    Not a single ruling or brief outside of a Supplemental in July (Ezell) since March.

      I may be misreading this, but this is the Clerk coming on the docket basically unclear on status and pushing on why there isn't a schedule.
