Really?? so how is hizzoner's "gun control" working out?

They've already passed an illegal ordinance requiring PA residents to have a PA LTC(the state law states otherwise). PA already recognizes many other state licenses, including the evil Florida permits, so HR 822 really isn't changing much in PA.
