        yes it is, but still if the only calls he gets is the bradys, were not doing our job!!!

          Seems harmless but then again pointless............

            Reading the amendment I would guess it is part of a plan to get states to not issue to non-residents - though I haven't quite worked out how...

                  What it means is that HR 822 would only help you if you have a LTC issued to you by your home state. A SF county resident with a UT permit would not be able to carry in CA or a state that did not already accept nonresident UT permits, i.e. OR or NV. However a CA resident with a CA LTC would be able to carry in all 50 states, no matter the (in)formal acceptance of CA permits.
