    I agree, no one said we have a perfect system, yet. The only good thing about this is that i would have to think that at $150, the county would be losing money by doing this. JMO

          "watsonville" I am a Correctional Officer for the county of Santa Cruz, I can't even get a LTC from Sheriff Wowak. I work for the man, but he doesn't trust petty CO's to carry. good luck to you, hope you have better luck.
