I cannot wait to read the response brief once it's posted online.

Go back one page to the 10/7/2010 timeframe...

The response WAS due Friday 10/7. A short extension was given due to AB144. The content of this response was going to dependent upon AB144.

Now that we know how AB144 went...2 weeks??

No more open carry means everyone is now safe, and we can all walk and catch butterflys and live in peaceful harmony without fear or apprehension.

I knew the 10/7 date and Gene had mentioned the short extension, was trying to figure out the new date. Guess I kinda deserved the 2 weeks though

That would be criminal assault on a butterfly without a license and possibly a violation of the endangered species act. Or if you're within 2500 miles of water (including a bathtub or rain puddle) possibly a desecration of a wetlands.
