    Guns in School Poll needs help - Redding, CA

    News, sports, business, lifestyle and more for Redding, Shasta County and the North State from the Redding Record Searchlight.

    The poll appears on the bottom right of center and asks;

    Should teachers be allowed to bring guns to school?

    No. Guns do not belong in schools.

    Yes. Teachers should be allowed to exercise their Second Amendment rights.

    I don't know
    False is the idea of utility that sacrifices a thousand real advantages for one imaginary or trifling inconvenience; that would take fire from men because it burns, and water because one may drown in it; that has no remedy for evils except destruction. The laws that forbid the carrying of arms are laws of such a nature. They disarm only those who are neither inclined nor determined to commit crimes.

    Thanks for the link. Maybe people should try posting about it on other forums. The California aspect of it might draw more people in to say yes, just to annoy the liberals.

                Someone that for some reason feels they need to vote in every poll they see.

                    FYI, it seems to be letting me vote multiple times. So, I tried to vote twice in a row and it said it did not count my vote, but when I tried voteing a day or two later, it accepted it.

                    So, it seems that you are able to vote multiple times, just wait a day.

                      I guess it is sticking a short-life cookie on your system.

                      We are now up to 65% against 35%. If only we could achieve results like tis on real votes!
