To be clear, yes you can drive in your vehicle with a LOADED firearm. No problem. I usually leave it in my holster or put it on the seat beside me.

Remember that there are still the Federal GFSZs to consider if you don't have an AZ LTC.

Your right, I stand corrected. There is some restricted places, that is why I suggested to read on AZ laws.

With a valid Arizona CCW permit, a person can conceal carry a loaded handgun into a Bar/restaurant that serves alcohol by the drink.....UNLESS that Bar/restaurant is legally posted no guns/firearms. (Gunbuster sign) The individual with valid CCW permit entering the bar/restaurant by law cannot drink alcohol.

Even with an AZ LTC, you cannot enter an "establishment prohibiting weapons." It says so right on the card.

You're good to go in your vehicle, loaded is fine.

                    Indeed.

Luckily, America is close enough that most of us Californians can drive there in a few hours time.

You know, the State making a rule to protect LE, as traffic stops are dangerous enough without increasing the risk of making loaded guns legal at these encounters.

WTF? Do people not even pay attention around here?
