I'll send you money via paypal Thursday (payday).
And you work for Pay-pal? Almost anything has potential legal liability in U.S. (especially California), not just the items you mentioned. If what you say is true, how is it one can buy guns with credit cards, the liability exposure is the same?

      Such bull.

Paypall has closed people's accounts for buying things from websites that are gun related. Item itself may not be gun related but the fact that it came from a vendor tied to guns is cause enough for them.

      For that they can FOAD.

You don't have to work for Paypal to know this. You only have to be able to read their Acceptable Useage clause.

If you have an account that was closed for using Paypal to purchase any of these items... it was your fault. They clearly outline what they do not want you to use their payment system for. If this upsets you, then don't use them. But they are not anti-gun.

I do not condone their views. But they are a trusted name in online transactions. I won't boycott them based on a false alligation of being anti-gun.

I think it is more of a case of ebay owns pay-pal, and ebay is extremely anti-second amendment, hence the son will surely turn out similar to the father.

EDIT 2020: To be fair that seems to apply to many Westerners also.

hmmm, what interested me about the Paypal allowed usage is that they dont want people to buy OEM stuff with it. Guess they never heard of places like newegg.com, where something like half of the stuff is OEM. *rolls eyes*

And since I can't make a donation right now, Ill just go buy some of the shirts

EDIT: mblat, ALL of us are 'sticking to the man' with these lowers.

Visa and MasterCard don't have a problem with the legal liability of paying for firearms. Not allowing firearms sales is a choice that paypal made that must have other reasons. And there aren't that many I can think of other than ideology...

A little cash on the way, based mostly on principle about sticking it to the DOJ, but also because of all your hustle on this whole ordeal.
