I'm sure this is on here somewhere I just can't find it. Are PPT's subject to the 10 day wait and if so do FFL's charge a storage fee?

Frozen in 2015, it is falling out of date and I can no longer edit the content. But much of it is still good! -
Didn't Bay Area Gun Vault try to charge people a storage charge during the 10 day wait? It was their way of making more than the $10 allowed for PPTs. I think CalDOJ ended up sending out a letter saying that storage charges were not allowed until the eleventh day.__________________

The storage of the gun by the FFL is a mandatory part of the PPT. The PC does not allow for ANY fees above what is specified in the PC, i.e. $35.00.
As noted above, any time above the 10 days and storage fees can be charged, as long as day 10 falls on a day the FFL is open for business.Last edited by Decoligny; 09-05-2011, 1:10 AM.sigpic
If you haven't seen it with your own eyes,
or heard it with your own ears,
don't make it up with your small mind,
or spread it with your big mouth.Comment
