My cousin have 3 handguns which he bought back in the 80's or early 90's (Norinco 1911, Browning HP and a SW 59 series), he wants to sell it me on a very good price 
but he is now out of the US and has given up his green card and has no plans of returning in the country. The guns are in the possessions of his brother. Is it legal for his brother to do the transfer to me? Or if not do we have any options to do it legally? Thanks in advance.
