    ATF woes

    *Sigh*

Well, this really sucks, they're eating their own.

Feel sorry for the guys that work there that are trying to do the right thing. Looks like a lot of internal problems, that appear to have been corrupted, and now cleaning up those that thought that was the game, is going to be very hard.

Best to read the PDF file here.

Dont need to bother with the quoted text below.

Look at the tyranny of party -- at what is called party allegiance, party loyalty -- a snare invented by designing men for selfish purposes -- and which turns voters into chattles, slaves, rabbits, and all the while their masters, and they themselves are shouting rubbish about liberty, independence, freedom of opinion, freedom of speech, honestly unconscious of the fantastic contradiction... No, this is how the existing "machinery" is protecting itself from the Bush appointee. It happens in all bureaucracies.

        (1) By appointing Roberts and Alito. Success in Parker/Heller will be due to this. I don't think Gura & Levy would have driven this far without the Court having this current composition.

        (2) Supporting Lawful Commerce in Arms Act to protect lawful firearms sellers & mfgrs from frivolous lawsuits.

        (3) Cagily avoiding renewal of the Federal AW Ban.

Good enough for me, combined with the tax cuts!

I've seen this movie before. I'm glad I'm no longer in it.
