Out of State Dealers 'Selling to CA' Guide/Sticky?

Was reading the thread "Out of State Dealers looking to do business with CA residents: A guide?:"

and thought that a formal guide would be a great idea. Perhaps a sticky titled "Out of State Dealers Guide To Selling to CA Gun Owners" with all of the info that CHS posted in one place for quick reference.

It would be useful for dealers seeking information and would be a place for CalGuns members to refer out of state dealers or GunBroker sellers who are not willing to sell to CA residents. Having all of this info in one place could be an important resource to get more firearms and accessories into CA and help convert out of state fence sitters.

Doubt it would help with big places like CtD, etc but could indeed help on GunBroker.

Was not really thinking of the large players like CTD, Century or the ever popular Sportsman's Guide. Besides Gun Broker, was thinking more like lower manufacturers and accessory manufacturers that are afraid to ship to CA and possibly places like Centerfire and MGS.
