Heh, personally the SVT-40's been on my drool list ever since I saw one at Del Mar like 3 or so shows back. I still think about that rifle, but it was $1100.

If I were to find one for less than $500 I'm pretty sure I'd be unable to resist.

        Russian Imports

I was told something to the effect that Russian imports go to another country for 5 years then are imported here, or something like that. 91/30's and 91/59's are pouring in by the thousands. There is a SVT 40 with my name on it, hear it calling my name????

Get one of the muzzle brakes that has a bunch of slots. Reduces recoil about 50% over the one with 4 large holes. MUCHO pleasant to shoot.
