Technically: Having a full-auto like that would be like having weed in California with a card. It is legal as far as the state and local LEO go, but the feds would still bust you. I doubt anyone is trying to manufacture and keep a full-auto in Wyoming without the proper stamp/registry date/etc.
My understanding was that if the firearm was marked as "WY only" or something, the feds couldn't touch it. The excuse the feds use for "weed" is that you can't tell if it was CA grown. Someone could be very rich if they could grow "CA weed" that had some type of genetic marker. Maybe a genetic marker that makes it glow under a black light.

Hiding from the snow on the other side, no doubt.

Yes. Because finding a black light in the vicinity of weed should be fairly easy!

You would need a new, unique marker every sixteen weeks or so (yes I did just google: marijuana "how long from germination to harvest" - hang on, the dog's barking at something outside...).

Bless, O Lord, this creature beer, which thou hast deigned to produce from the fat of grain: that it may be a salutary remedy to the human race, and grant through the invocation of thy holy name; that, whoever shall drink it, may gain health in body and peace in soul. Through Christ our Lord. Amen

          Wyoming got it right!

The 2nd Amendment is not optional nor negotiable!

          California needs to realize this.
