Hey, I am trying to be optomistic here. Us winning that suit is the first step to us being allowed fair issuance in CA.

TBJ has examined numerous documents of this type and has used the evidence in court. Extensive such evidence has been made available to the attorneys in Scocca. Almost invariable the judge has either ignored it or blandly stated something on the lines that even though Mr Moneybags has a CCW for "Self Protection," his circumstances and yours are so different that you can't use "Self Protection." ("Some animals are more equal than others.")

Sucks I know, and one day we should see some common sense here, or even a complete bypass. I am not pessimistic, but it isn't just a question of copying one of the successful application's Good Causes and automatically getting a CCW approved as so many seem to think.

I'm just trying to inject a dose of realism into people's thinking.

I absolutely support the changes and reiterations found in SB 610 (Wright).

If they have it mixed up, someone should sort that out.

Or maybe it is just me that is mixed up?

I know what you are saying, and do agree. I am just trying to keep my focus on the ultimate goal so that they harsh road there doesn't bother me as much.
