    Upcoming elections.

Who are you going to support?

Take the poll, make comments below why if you like. Let's try to keep them positive.

Personally I am torn between Ron Paul and Gary Johnson.

For me the big issue is the "Debt". Right now our country is on a high speed trainwreck unless we deal with the issue now.

We have to cut federal spending by 1 trillion dollars, something has to give.

Personally I believe if we end the NANNY STATE Laws and regulations, end our wars and change our foreign policy from world policeman to a non interventionalist policy, we could cut spending by trillions.

This would allow us to reform medicare, social security and welfare programs smartly.

If we don't make the massive cuts, we will have a monetary meltdown similar to what happened in Germany in the late 1920's, early 1930's. When that happens, to maintain order, our country will openly become a "Police State".

It is possible we could even have a "Military coup". It has happened in other countries, why not here.

In short, to protect our gun rights, we have to protect ALL RIGHTS.

So, let's see who we support.

Ron Paul, because even though I don't agree with or understand all his policies, he would eff up some SH in DC that really needs to get effed up. Give him 8 years to do it.

Yea, are we talking strategically or ideologically? Ron Paul for ideals, I don't know yet for strategy.

              Today Athens, tomorrow Washington DC.

I need more from the candidates, but so far I know I will NOT be voting for:

              Romney
              Guiliani
              Huntsman

So far, Michelle Bachmann and Ron Paul are my top runners. I want to see more of what they have to say.

Bachman. Ultimately, it will be the republican nominee to give us the best chance to dethrone Obama and his cabinet.

I would also like to remind people about state and local elections. With state elections comes the nominees of appointed judges who are our hedge bets in the future. With local elections, we benefit in many ways if we get the candidates we want. Avoiding the sunnyvale mess comes to mind.

If I could wave my magic wand, Gary "Veto" Johnson would win.

Thank you for helping Barack Hussein Obama get re-elected.

                        FTW? Hardly.

Anybody but Obama, Paul or Romney. Bachman or Palin being first choices. I think it'll take a woman to clean up the mess in DC.

Could be worse. We already have three who pulled the lever for BHO for a second term on this thread.

Sometimes the law defends plunder and participates in it. Sometimes the law places the whole apparatus of judges, police, prisons and gendarmes at the service of the plunderers, and treats the victim -- when he defends himself -- as a criminal. Bastiat
