Is it legal to sell my ammo

I'm new to all this so pardon my ignorance. But, I was wondering if anyone knew if it is legal to sell just my ammo to another person. Do I need to do this at a FFL place, or have some type of intermediary? Any information would help. Thank you.

factory ammo, sell away. If you manufactured it, it may be different. someone will chime in.

Actually, some of it is factory. But some of it is just parts. Like primers or just the bullet. Thanks though, at least I got the answer for the factory ammo.

as long as you did not personally reload the ammo then you can sell all you want.

provide you do not knowingly sell to a prohibited person .

selling personal reloads is a illegal action,federal i believe,someone with far greater knowledge will cite for me i imagine .
